    Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. Building strength and balance.
  • Do you only train seniors?
    No. I work with seniors, overweight, and newbies to fitness.
  • What is considered a newbie?
    A newbie is someone not comfortable in a gym setting alone, not sure of an effective strength routine, and needs guidance in building a safe, fun, and effective fitness routine.
  • How long are training sessions?
    1 hour.
  • What should I expect in a one-hour PT session?
    Expect a fitness plan tailored to your body and fitness goal. Strength, balance, cardio, stretching, and resistance training.
  • Do you offer group classes?
    Yes. Reach out to us with questions about pricing and group classes offered.
  • What are gym hours?
    Private gym hours vary based appointment. Please contact me for a free consultation or gym tour.
