SENIOR

Senior functional fitness is so important to everyday life tasks, as we become older our body changes in ways everyday tasks become harder if it's lower back or knee pains. Whatever gives us pain prevents us from living a pain-free life. If you are fifty-five and older you may feel the effects of aging or if younger and lack an active routine, you feel older than you are. The best remedy for the pains is a beneficial fitness routine that targets and effectively strengthens the body in a safe and fun way. We are never too old to build the better body we deserve.

Strength

Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance.

Balance

Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.

Aerobic

Aerobic training strengthens the heart and lungs and improves muscle function.
