My path in health and fitness shifted after my mom became sick from a diabetic infection which led to left leg amputation, kidney failure and other issues that changed her life forever. After years as head trainer at a local gym I left the position to pursue a clientele in need of a personal trainer with my experience, over these last few years I invested my time in training others to live a healthier life. My personal training philosophy is centered on helping clients “train smarter” and achieve measurable and healthy fitness goals through one-on-one, customized training.
I work with you on an individual basis focusing on achieving sustained results through stimulating and continually varied workouts. I am often recognized for expertise in functional training and commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques.
